    @ReboundWorkout

    thankyou!!!!!

  13. ReboundWorkout says:

@lolwhutnow Try to bend your knees a bit and that should help you with keeping both your legs up in the air.

Yes you can call me that ..lol

It’s all right you don’t need the push up risers for the push ups or mountain climbers you can do them on the palms of your hands.

Thanks for the wonderful comments I’m glad you’re making use of the exercises :D

i can’t keep both of my legs up at the same time!! what should i do?
your exersices are graet Marci (okay if i call you that?) but i do not have the strengthening ball or the things u were holding on to while u were doing the push-ups. any suggestions on what to do?

  15. ReboundWorkout says:

Better than NO push ups :D

  16. ReboundWorkout says:

If you keep your pace up and workout at an intensity that’s challenging then ..YES…

if you dilly dally and take breaks in between then..NO…

Keep it continuos, limit your breaks and push yourself – you’ll benefit more mentally and physically than just burning a few hundred calories.

    Thanks.

  22. ReboundWorkout says:

    Hi iMoniica,

I deally you would want to do this 3 times a week – alternating days.

so for example: Mon | Wed | Fri

but depending on your fitness level and how sore you feel the next day you can do this routine back to back on consecutive days.

Just keep in mind that rest is important for seeing results.

    Thanks.

  23. iMoniica says:

Would you do this everyday or shold there be breaks?

  24. ReboundWorkout says:

Start with 30 sec each exercise….

once you get comfortable with that switch over to 1 min each exercise.

  25. ReboundWorkout says:

    Hi TenshiRebecca,

try and go for 30 seconds per exercise…or if you really want to get a good sweat going try and go for 1 min each exercise.

Also try and get in 3 sets :)

    Thanks!
