I am a busy wife, mom and career woman. I am a commuter so I need an easy way to get healthy and to supplement my income with little time commitment each day. Here’s my story: Did you turn around one day and say….how did I get so fat or how did I gain so much weight? Well I know I did and most women between the age of 30 and 35 really start to see it. Why? Your metabolism really begins to slow down at that age. I know it does because it happened to me. I found the weight creeping on year by year even though I hadn’t changed my eating habits. I couldn’t figure it out until I stumbled upon the two tricks that changed my life. I found my quick 20 minute workout and use my protein shake to replace one meal a day. I began with the program Turbo Jam and let me tell you, in the first 4 weeks I lost 13.5 inches. It was amazing. I felt much stronger and healthier. My body fat percentage went down 4% as well.
