Well after 4 weeks of using this app, I wouldn’t recommend it. The workout planner is extremely inflexible, i.e. it can’t handle a plan that consists of more than 5 unique days, or spans more than 1 week. That’s seriously lame. You end up having to split up your program, but then the app can’t handle that because it leads to conflicts. One thing leads to another and before you know it, half the app doesn’t work. The design is appalling.

My advice? Get ‘Gym Buddy’. It’s much better.

@MrGhostman3 Not much. See for yourself on the app store. It’s right there.

@aloobi Of course it can. It wouldn’t be much of a fitness app if it couldn’t.

same question as aloobi… can you log weight and reps and sets on this for example..
    3sets, 8 reps, 135, bench press
3x8x135 this would make it a definite buy if it also worked alongside the monthly calander.

Can you log weight and reps per exercise?

    Thank you!

Can you make an app just for body weight exercises and calisthenics?
